Le pire des Pitayas que j’ai visité. Non seulement les tables sont sales et grasses. Attente trop longue quand on voit les personnes venues bien après nous, être servies avant et quand on demande des explications, on nous répond que c’est par référence: d’abord les nouilles puis le riz. Une aberration, c’est bien la première fois que j’entends ça. Ensuite quand on a demandé pour un take away, même pas un retour, on nous donne une boite. On achète un supplément piment qu’on nous donne pas. Un boeuf locklak, le premier servi qu’avec des concombres, sans tomates ni salade…À fuir…vraiment. À moins qu’on n’aie pas eu de bol.
I ordered via the Uber Eats delivery service a Thai Boeuf Pad on Sunday, November 28, 2021. The dish arrived extremely late and cold! Seeing that the delivery of the order continued to be shifted, I tried to contact the restaurant to ask them to keep the dish warm.It was impossible to contact them because I fell directly on a call center. Being housed in a hotel, I was unable to warm up my dish since the late delivery time of the latter. I made a complaint with Uber eats but to date I had no reply. hoping to be refunded.
25 minutes waiting for a wok right now to run... For fast food, it's missing! Especially when we announced 15 to 20 minutes waiting for APRÈS to pay, we don't feel trapped... There are a lot of other fast restaurants at Annecy's minute, I'm going to go somewhere else (PS: an excuse word or a commercial gesture could have helped advance the situation...
The dishes are good. It's better to take it away because it's too smoky inside. No hood! Transparency on the source of meat. But why not French meat???
