Pitmasters Real Wood Pit Bbq

As a Texas native living in Abbotsford, I just had an amazing lunch at Pitmasters. Their brisket sandwich was delicious, and I really enjoyed the slaw and BBQ sauce. The bun was just right. I also ordered onion rings, which are hard to get right, but they absolutely nailed them. The restaurant itself is very clean and looks brand new inside. Plus, the server was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to come back and try the pulled pork, whole wings, and pecan pie soon! I’m also excited about the Tex-Mex menu options. Tried Pitmasters when they first opened and wasn't too impressed. Tried again last weekend and I must give them two thumbs up.Server was excellent, food was excellent, portions were large....my only gripe and it's a small one) is I would have like to see a couple more local craft beers on tap. Maybe an IPA from Mountainview, or something from Farmhouse or Old Yale. Other than that tiny thing....go, give em try! Good flavour food, done right

I got the fusion. Normally it's great. Today it was the worst meal I've gotten/eaten in months. The sandwich was falling apart. The bread is stale. They forgot my fries. Overall super upset with my $40 meal.

Absolutely delicious! The brisket sandwich is fantastic, and the steak is perfectly cooked to medium rare, just as I like it. You also get a generously sized steak. Highly recommend!
