I must admit, I visited this restaurant once before for dinner and left unimpressed. However, we decided to give it another chance for brunch, and I’m so glad we did! My dad lives just around the corner, and after reviewing the brunch menu, I felt it was worth a second visit. We made a reservation, but since we went after lunch hour, there were open tables available, although it was still fairly busy. The decor inside is lovely, with artwork that takes you to destinations you'd rather be than Illinois! We will definitely return, at least for brunch, if not for other meals as well.
A decent spot for brunch. The menu features a variety of types of dishes, including modern breakfast favorites like pancakes and waffles, as well as more creative options like the breakfast burrito and the lobster roll. There is also a large selection of brunch cocktails, mimosas, and **** marys. I tried the huevos rancheros. It was fine but I wouldn't order it again.
The menu is small but nicely executed. We sat outside, was nice. Salvador took care of us and was great. I had the wild boar pasta that was excellent. Pinot noir was good too. Deserts are quite a delight. But the espresso was simply phenomenal.
Our favorite place in Highland Park (we don’t go here nearly as often as we’d like). The food is always excellent but the service here is next level. Absolutely fantastic team all the way around. Terrific spot.

Delicious brunch! Had the chilaquiles (best I’ve had-delicious green salsa with crispy homemade chips) and enchiladas. Cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. Looking forward to trying their dinner menu
My family and I just had the most incredible breakfast experience! The service was outstanding, and the food was even more delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation!

The watermelon ? salad was delicious and they were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions.Parking: Free street parking.

Good fresh ingredients well prepared. Good bar. Friendly staff. Maybe a little too bright sometimes.
