Pixel is a welcoming and friendly place to unwind and spend time with others. The ambience is energetic on busy days, and more laid-back when it's quieter. Drinks: They have a range of local and artisan alcoholic beverages, with the drinks on tap regularly changing and always well-priced. Their coffee is a winner. The owner cares about coffee and even converted me from lattes with sugar to drinking it black. Food: More bar food than a restaurant, but they've worked to have a range. Spent a Sunday afternoon with a small family group playing Settlers of Catan over some drinks. Very chilled, had a nice private booth. Quick service after ordering via the online app (because of COVID), worked really well and we didn't have to even get up! Fun and quirky decor, much of it gaming themed which was cool. We only played the one boardgame, but there seemed to be a large selection of both board and video games. Will definitely return with more gaming friends next time!
