They're selling something but it sure ain't pizza. Given them benefit of the doubt and tried their food-like products on a few occasions. Everytime it's the same. Soggy, chunky, flavourless tyre retread. It seems like an ambitious business model - create a product worse than Pizza Hut and Dominos (yes, apparently it's possible) then charge three times the price. How is this store a chain...? Surely it can't be profitable...? Australians have very low standards when it comes to food...
Amaterish average sloppy lamb pizza with weird toppings falling/sliding off @ $20 & it wasn't as if they were even busy!They need to drive to their nearest gourmet pizza competitor chain at Upper Coomera, buy any one of their pizza's, figure out & copy how to actually make excellent gourmet pizza & then work very very hard to get their product's up to that standard & quality before charging the same prices!
We have ordered takeaway from here a few times since moving into the area. Each time has been average. I have no idea how they manage to make the pizza so soggy. This store does not live up to the expectations & price point of Pizza Capers brand.

The new management has not changed much but they seem to give a little more personal touch when you order on get delivery. Fantastic owners.
2nd time we've purchased from here and there won't be a 3rd time You pay good money for very average quality. Extremely disappointed
