Pizza Carnot - Reserva de mesa

Travel south, from Brussels stops in Marvejols to the dream of a good pizza to take away ... well bravo for Guiseppe it was succulent, light, crunchy a delight!!! Too bad that you are so far, come to Belgium with your pizzas you will also carton for our French friends the real pizza is made with a base of tomato, and as cheese of mozzarella and not emmental cheese. Enjoy!

I'll start by keeping the ingredients out of cold....a summer temperature I took a burrata pizza: over 15€ for a quarter of mozzarella that is not a burrata. Indeed a burrata deposits himself whole on pizza so it is impossible to cut it. I relied on the opinions...of passage for the holidays the choice is limited on this 15th of August otherwise I left the pizzas.

Marvejols' best pizzaiolo, his pizza fell. The dough is succulent, the generous filling with good products... trying it is adopting it... And what does not spoil the welcome is most sympathetic.
