I had a fantastic meal at Pizza Deli a little while back. It had not long opened and was already packed. With their giant Frenchie motif this venue was one of my fave pizza places before walking in the door. Frenchies are my all time fave dogs so this was going to sit well with me. I just sat there smiling at the wall. It has to be one of the most instagrammed walls in Sydney.The staff are fantastic and the venue is large and bright. When you have the man who runs the place at work the day after his wife has a new baby - you know he's dedicated!! It shows in this place. We just landed here from Canberra for the night and wanted something easy and in walking distance - Pizza Deli hit the spot!! I grew up eating pizza in New Jersey and New York so I do know a thing or two about good pizza. The red sauce they use here is very robust and they put an above average amount of cheese on the pie. Their ovens must be super hot because the cheese on top almost had a burned look (it's not) and it is just ever so slightly crispy. Crust is foldable (a MUST in pizza) and is tasty. We ordered takeout tonight on 7/4/17 (and have been doing so frequently in the past few weeks) and have always been extremely pleased. Tonight we ordered a half supreme half grilled zucchini pizza, and a chili prawn linguine. The staff was amazing, with excellent communication and customer service over the phone. The pizza was one of the best in Sydney, with generous toppings. I can't praise them enough. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Pooches & Pizza! What a perfect combination! The Pizza Deli in Waterloo offers some of the most unique and delicious pizza combinations I have ever tasted. Only just moved to Zetland and had to find a local pizza joint. Pretty happy that this is the closest one and I'll be coming here a lot. Really easy to order, staff were friendly and very quick. Huge range of pizza and they tasted great. Pretty nice set up too.

This is the best pizza delivery I've had in Sydney! The bases aren't too thin or too thick and they have a good amount of topping. Reasonable prices and not too long a wait for delivery.
