Pizza Dream's - Reserva de mesa

Hello, I don’t usually criticize our merchants but there the gentleman in question went too far so I share my experience!! We ordered two pizzas and when my husband went to get them, no pizza! The order was not placed! Upon my husband’s return, I called pizza dream to understand. And I was entitled to a lot of bad faith! According to this gentleman I didn’t even call (when I assured him that we were four to have heard his terrible music). Until I confirmed that I was a liar!!! He kept cutting me off and eventually hung up on me! I wouldn’t do that again. He was of extreme rudeness and dishonesty never seen! A star is already too much! I don't recommend any dish, it wasn't the first time that...

For our first time in this pizzeria, we spent a good time with family, pizzas were very good, on the other hand, the reception was lacking delicacy and we found that there was a lack of hygiene because one of the employees had the hair released. She touched her hair continuously to prepare pizzas and also manage the reception. Charlottes should be made available for long hair. Especially since the virus is still current, we felt not protected.

Respect for customer instructions must be a PRIORITY and NOT a "OPTION". The request for the option made during the call was not added to my order but instead I paid the price of the option that was non-existent. I don’t know if it’s a neglect or negligence. Pizza fade without interest even with cheese in the croute During the order you choose the dessert because it make menus you take a chocolate melting you receive a cookie My son wanted nuggets and potatoes they all arrived soft and the two coca cans with dates outdated so unbreakable (metal taste) short first order and last as well. Pizza Dream's Gretz pizza too cooked or not very hot on delivery and too salty! Sometimes lacks ingredients. It was my last order at home. A pizzeria to avoid!

The ingredients form an informant mass. Cheese is rubbery, because it's grated cheese dehydrated. The ham is halalal so not good.

We ordered at 7pm we received the order at 8:45pm but apart from that the pizzas they offer are very good
