Unfortunately, the current trends of the “Deliveroo” et al have ruined another restaurant. we are here several times in time and not wrong, it is what it is, but our evenings were always beautiful. but now (and that is not. the only restaurant we have experienced this) is the “input” client second fidel. we were there two hours and had a starter and net. we have abandoned to have deserted! while we were sitting there, although after delivery we had delivered past us to wait the vans at the door. we often asked ourselves about our eating or even to clean our table, but we waited and waited. Meal started well with delicious dough balls, but the chef apparently struggled with the concept of serving halloumi bites at the same time as the dough balls. Maybe he'd actually tasted the vile red glop served with them it would explain the hesitancy to...serve the stuff, otoh no self respecting chef would serve that vile muck if they had tasted it. It tasted as though someone had taken rotting tomatoes and blitzed them with stale used contaminated oil then added saccharine, nutrasweet, aspartame and sugar in a desperate bid to disguise the flavour.... yeuchhh!!!! before booked a table for eight when we arrived, the manager drew a strange face and left us standing for fifteen minutes, while tables were brought by all the corners of the restaurant and replacement chairs from tables with diners to eat a place. once sitting, without apology for the delay we were given menus and left unattended. we were not even offered a drink, let alone asked for our food order. all the time we listened to several other tables complaining about bad service and eating a waiting time over an hour while a stream of supplies collected pizzas for the exit. after another 30 minutes we rose and went and none of the employees could have looked after less. if they want to eat in...

I placed an order via deliveroo tonight with a place called “Mac n wings”, which is connected to pizza express, at 6:28. We were told the maximum wait was 30 minutes. Our food did not arrive until 8:19. So essentially 2 hours. When it arrived...it was cold. When we opened our order the containers weren’t even half full and looked like they’d been eaten. The containers had no lids meaning the sauce went everywhere. They also had no protective stickers to keep the containers shut. We ordered a Mac and cheese and instead got macaroni with chicken. I'm not one who left an evaluation, but after a visit in this branch I felt I had to. we were left to sit for 15 minutes without menus before I had to get up and ask for them, it was not particularly busy. service was slow, no one. checked for our food, I had to ask for another round of drinks, wrong eating was bought on the table, waited half an hour for a fresh bread that tasted nothing like garlic, and then waited another 40 minutes for our main. eating was bitterly disappointing and slandered. to override it from one of the damentoilets was out of order. the other was full of used tissue paper and urin. now we have booked a table and brought into a 2/3 full restaurant. I ordered a not alch beer to say they had none. then ordered pizzas and sat and sat and sat. next table of 3 who ordered after us, then she received her. 2...Minimums later they sent them back too cold and even got their second set pizza before us. the door was annoyed all the time open/closed to achieve a constant flow of the delivery persons. the waiting staff kept crates and waited for the cooked pizzas. it was as if delivery was much more important than actual customers. very unhappy.

Came here with my boyfriend for a date nice and very pleased that we did- the food was really tasty. As always I love the doughballs! I tried a new pizza “Pollo Pancetta”, it had chicken, pancetta, peppers, mozzarella- all very yummy. The pizza size...is very generous- we both left feeling very happy and full. Also the waitresses were polite and friendly

although it was quite busy when I went the service was fast and friendly and my eating arrived immediately, so was very satisfied. my pizza was really good with taste and generous toppings. many more vegan options on the menu and staff were friendly and positiw about when we chat. I will definitely be back and highly recommend, thank you.

I find pizza express vegan options a little overrated, they can be met and missed. good to go if go with a large work group, but options are limited
