Pizza Express Dorking

We’ve visited 4 times in the last 3 months (the most recent being two days ago) and I keep meaning to leave a review. We go during the week for lunch and have been really impressed every time. The staff are very friendly and attentive and great with the kids. My son has recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease and this was our first place we ate our after his diagnosis. The lovely waitress completely put my mind at rest and it was an enjoyable experience for us all at a very stressful time. We are so grateful to her. A family favourite for us for sure!

I visited the restaurant with my wife and wanted to take advantage of the special offers available via the phone app. Being unfamiliar with using the app I asked our waitress for assistance and she was very happy to explain what was on offer and what we needed to do. Our food was delivered to our table by the same smiling waitress. The pizzas were delicious but it was the excellent service provided by the young waitress that prompted me to write this review. I don't know her name but hope she serves us again when we next visit. Thank you.

We ordered a collection from the Dorking branch and when we arrived our order supposedly had not been received by them. I showed them the order confirmation with the branch, the time of the order and the pizzas, but they insisted we needed to pay again... in the end we left with no pizza. 6 days later still haven't received a refund and I've had to chase up 4 times shocked by the poor service and we won't risk another order.

Had a fantastic evening with the family at the Dorking Pizza Express. Daisy, our waitress was amazing, incredibly accommodating and a real asset to the company. The other staff were equally helpful and made the dinning experience to be outstanding. Thank you all, and keep up the great work.

A classic example of a good Pizza Express. We were a large party of two families having an early supper. There was plenty of space and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food as always was excellent.
