Pizza Express Harlow

I really don't like to leave negative reviews because I think that a bad experience can be switched over when it is properly treated. they can probably guess by my assessment that this was not the case. we booked a couple of weeks ago a table to celebrate the end of our children's sats, we were a big party consisting of 8 children and 6 adults. unfortunately the dinge were not promising. it took 40 minutes for someone to order our drinks. then another 30 minutes to take our food order. our main thing came when our starters weren't even erased. we then sat there for an hour after we had finished our meal and waited for someone to clean the teller. we also waited a long time until second drink...

We booked for my daughter and 8 of her friends for her birthday. When we arrived we saw a sign saying no service in the restaurant due to unforeseen circumstances. When we knocked on the door to enquire what was going on and why no...one had let us know that the restaurant could only do takeaways this evening we were told we had never booked and dismissed by a very rude lady. We all know following the last 18 months that these things happen but please can people be courteous and let people know when it does. Restaurants quite rightly have complained about no shows but don’t care when they leave their customers high and dry. I am now left with a distraught daughter, her and 8 friends to feed...

today i visited pizza express harlow with my friend so we could go for a nice lunch. food was great and came very quickly however, the staff working were unkind un enthusiastic and whoever employed them clearly didn’t know who they were hiring, due to...the waitress claiming she couldn’t care less about her job. she was rude and put me off of my food. she had no emotion and didn’t smile or even open her mouth just gave looks i like the food but you should reconsider you let staff #nevergoingback yours sincerely eva and gemma xxx

my family visited this evening the harlow pizza express for my little girl birthday. unfortunately the restaurant was not busy, but we had a nice time! the cook allowed my 2 youngest to make their pizza they loved! staff very friendly and attentive! eat beautiful. we haven't waited long. after the meal the workers bought about a chocolate brew with a candle on it we all happy birthday to my 3 year old sang she loved it! Went to pizza express Harlow today, service was terrible had to walk up to someone to even get a table as no one greeted us. Waitress seemed miserable and very quiet, pasta was completely cold and tasted awful, and cups were obviously unclean. Pizza was...okay but everything else was terrible, would not recommend.

ıt was very terrible the manager was chewing gum she was sleeping then nobody took our order it was completely awful …… I dont want to see that manager there again Also they were very rude when putting plate and taking order will never go...to any pizza express

not disturbing. service is bad eating not better. decore was evil strange or was present. the personal could not answer why. had to send back the pizza, over boiled hard. this place is a mistake to visit. the most terrible restaurant I visited.

I can praise the personal at pizza express not enough for the fantastic service and tasty eating. a scream, above all, to me, who cared for us all night. michelle has made our young people so welcome . . . we will definitely visit again Reserva una mesa ahora

They were short staffed but still managed to cater to a busy lunchtime crowd. Friendly, polite and the chef didn’t stop, it was great seeing her make the dough bases with such flair.

Awful. Pizza so oily. They had no drinks other then water. Not happy I will not return Left hungry. Didn’t finish 1 slice of my pizza
