When I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for 15 minutes, during which I overheard the employee making rude comments about me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and warrants disciplinary action. While the manager assured me that they would try to rectify the situation, it shouldn’t take nearly 45 minutes to receive the correct order.
I hope the general manager and district manager take a closer look at the situation at the Bear Valley location in Apple Valley and provide proper training to the staff on customer service best practices. We order from this restaurant frequently, but I’ve never encountered issues like this before. I'm very disappointed.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The pizza was fresh and tasty, and they provided all the essential utensils, including napkins and plates. The pizza box even had a sticker on it. The online ordering process was efficient and well-structured, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of pizzas offered. I ordered a Create Your Own Pizza in a small size, and it was truly impressive. The toppings were plentiful and everything tasted fresh. What a treat! I also tried the 8 Piece Wings without any sauce, and they were absolutely delicious. A+!
This is my go-to place for pizza. The staff is professional and efficient. The pizzas are outstanding, especially the taco pizza. I've never had an issue with my orders being incorrect. It's truly the best place to get pizza.
I'm a Pizza Guys College Greens lover. I order a Hawaiian style thick crust pizza weekly. I always have it delivered and I am never disappointed. Fresh Hot and yummy.
