First tried &Pizza at their Union location and so I'm happy to find them closer now here at Paramus! They have a great spot, clean both indoors and out with a spacious parking lot! Build to order, fast fire, pizza chain. I tired &pizza years ago in NYC when they opened a location across from my work place. I really like the concept of customizable pies that are made quickly and still decently affordable. You choose a crust, sauce, andall the toppings you want. Each pie is $11.49 and there is a up-charge for gluten free crust and shrimp as a topping. Theirgarlic knots are a little pricey at $6.50 but is really delicious. I visited this restaurant for lunch with my husband and really enjoyed the concept of creating our own pizzas! We each ordered one of their specialty pizzas—The Maverick and the Buffalo 66. Both were delicious, and I particularly loved the pesto pasta on the Maverick. The Buffalo 66 was a bit too spicy for my liking, but my husband enjoyed it! The chewy cookies for dessert were a delightful bonus. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and I would definitely return to try some of their other pizza options!

Came here for lunch with my husband : loved the concept of create your own pizza place! We each ordered their specialty pizza (maverick and buffalo 66 . They were both really good and i especially loved their pesto pasta on the maverick. My husband'sbuffalo 66 pizza was too spicy for my taste, but he was able to enjoy it! Cookies for dessert was an added bonus and loved howchewy they were : overall, really great place and would absolutely come back here again to try their other pizza favorites :
When my order arrived, everything was cold. Moreover, my pizza was missing some toppings. They also used way too much packaging for the knots, which were spread out in the box. The dipping sauce tasted like it had just come out of the fridge, and I anticipated the knots to be more cheesy instead of just doughy.
I had an amazing experience enjoying their fresh, made-to-order pizza and excellent customer service! The team was very kind and approachable, answering all my questions. I definitely recommend trying The Maverick!
The dish had an excessive amount of sauce, which overshadowed all the flavors except for the ranch. On the positive side, the portion of chicken was quite generous.
