The manager, Ty, was not apologetic; instead, she made excuses, saying she simply didn't notice the issue. She had the pizza remade, but it was wrong again. After I returned the incorrect order, she took my receipt, and I had to call later to ensure I could get a refund. This experience wasted my lunch break, left me still hungry, and I received no apologies. I went back for a remake of pizza that was done on 8/9/20. I was told that a credit would be issued to my phone number but it wasn't in the system. So I keep notes in my phone went back to date and saw that I spoke with Michelle so I told clerk. I was waiting in lobby as they were trying to locate my name. So the pizza was prepared and I took it home. One I got home I noticed it was thin crust which I always order pan. But I refuse to go back to this store, I gave her the original receipts to go from to place my order. Thanks for asking.
They was supposed to bring my pizza out because I chose curbside pick up. I checked in on my phone and was sitting outside for 10min. Than I finally went inside and had to stand in the line and the lady that was taking orders was taking forever. I wasstanding in line for like 10min. So after 20min I finally got my pizza and when I got home and took a bite it tasted disgusting.All of that for nothing.
Zanaygia offered incredibly fast and attentive service! This was by far the best Pizza Hut experience I've had in a long time. Marquis, the cook, did an excellent job; everything was prepared to perfection! The pizza was moist, the Cinnamon Stix were fantastic, and the wings exceeded my expectations! I would have shared pictures, but there wasn’t much left to show.

I ordered a 14" Supreme Pizza with mushrooms and bacon, and while the pizza itself was good with just the right amount of cheese, I felt shortchanged on the toppings. Usually, they provide a fair amount, but this time it was really sparse. A few of my slices barely had any toppings besides pepperoni and a few onions.
Everyone knows pan pizza is the bees knees. On my most recent pizza hut trip, I forgot to specify pan crust, and they made hand tossed instead. : ... But they remade it for me and saved the day! : this particular store Iverson Street, in Temple Hills was pretty busy at the time also.
The food is good usually I have only had a problem once when ordering from them. However the wait times and staffing at this location is obviously a problem. The staff that is there are usually nice and professional but they need more help.
Young lady had great customer Service. When I came in to pick up my pizza while other people was in there waiting she greeted and acknowledge me when i entered the store.

The pizza had very little sauce and was served warm. The cheese sticks were decent, but they could have been cooked a little longer for better flavor.
The food at this location is consistently fresh and served exactly as ordered.
