I ordered nearly $100 worth of food last night and was charged seven times!! When I called to inquire about this issue, the "manager," Dan, didn’t know how to respond. When I asked how to reach someone who could assist me, he told me to look it up myself. I put "manager" in quotes because when I requested to speak to one, he paused and then claimed that he was the manager... not exactly convincing. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the terrible customer service I received, but he seemed completely indifferent. I ordered online for contactless pickup and my order was placed in my passenger side through the rolled down window. My order was a large order and everything was there and correct as well as piping hot and fresh!!!! I didn't have any issues with any part of the ordering process to the contactless pickup process and the food was picture perfect and very delicious!!! This Pizza Hut location is a highly quality restaurant order from ......Maybe next time I will dine inside the restaurant that way I will be able to review the inside seated accomodations and customer service.
I called to place an order they said they dont do heart shape on 2 locations i went to the store and placed the order they added onion and the other pepperoni pizza was so hard and burnt i called the store the employee kept me waiting and came back on the phone saying we can do nothing about it and hang up in my face Great manager and great service after i drove to the store 20 minutes and i pay for your salary that you hang up at least come to the phone as a manager and listen to my concern then say am sorry i cant do anything poor customer service indeed.
I highly recommend never eating at this Pizza Hut. They had to cancel an order of mine I had placed through doordash and refused to refund my money or provide me with a replacement for the cancelled order. 1 star because how can a restaurant be a restaurantwithout even actually providing a meal. They'll take your money and not give you your food, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also, when youcall to speak to the manager expect to be disrespected and spoken to like a child. Condescending, disrespectful, and overallrude.

Steve the store manager is so rude and treated me horribly. A district manager and off the clock employees were having some meeting and no one greeted me or smiled. I filled up my water bottle and was going to pay for a refill when the district managerof accused me of theft from the soda machine. I have communicated this incident with Pizza Hut headquarters and uppermanagement. The strange thing is the district manager wouldn?t give me his name.
I ordered pizza through DoorDash, but my order was missing a pasta item. I couldn’t get in touch with either DoorDash or the restaurant, as I called the store 18 times without getting an answer. When I reached out to corporate, they barely spoke English and only offered to forward my call to the store, despite my mentioning that they weren’t answering. This is the second problem I’ve had with this location in a month.
