I have an order via mobile app on 2. November 2018 for 2 medium-sized Pan pizzas. I'll call from the store. have they no longer Pam Pizza Crust?? Just Thin, what I don't eat, I kindly ask them to cancel my order. You would cancel THINK would mean that my money is refunded, right?? WRONG!!!! My $23.05 WAS NOT refunded to my account! I called the store and said it would take 3-4 days, okay. After a week I called customer service that EXTREMELY was rude and insisted that my order ?delivered?, but they WASN? T in my house to eat the pizza, and what would I call first?? So, I called the shop AGAIN, the young man who answered, told me the manager was busy, I heard that he told the manager my problem, the manager wouldn't come to the phone. The worker said the manager would call me back. I said, Well, you didn't ask my name, or telephone member, don't you need it?? It's on the caller ID...? What about the other people calling? Yeah, I never got that call back. I?ve E-Mail Customer Service TWICE, NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND. That's stealing, pizza hat. You took my money, you don't give me what I bought. STEALING!!!!
