extremely bad customer service. the worst management, too. I have posted an order online was confirmed and given timeframe. I called the load after the order was too late and the manager tells me that they had canceled my order. in the round wait 1:45 for nothing. you can better order from papa john.

Never order from this location they will let you order the food then wait 45 minutes later and tell you that they can’t deliver because they only have 1 driver and he can’t see at night so they can’t deliver your order 2nd time this has happened to me at this location I will never order here again

Picked up chicken wings today but no one remind me that I have 3 soda bottles to pick up as well . I didn’t placed order myself so got home and surprised that soda bottles r missing . Their is always something wrong with their order . From now on I am not going back to that store anymore!!!!!

I’ve literally BEEN STANDING OUTSIDE IN THE FREEZING COLD FOR 20 min with the call center NO ONE IS AT THE LOCATION!Update: The area manager acknowledged the inconvenience I experienced and made good on it. It was the same day. A unfortunate situation but great management.

The pizza was all smashed up. The box was all smashed up as well. Cheese was stuck the to box. Not a great experience.
