Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

I was promised that my pizza would be ready by 6:45 PM, but then I was informed that there would be a fifteen-minute delay. When I returned at 7:00 PM, I had to wait ten minutes to be attended to, only to be told that it would be another ten minutes until the pizza was ready. It has now been almost an hour since we were initially told the pizza would be ready, and by 8:00 PM, it will have been two hours since we placed our order. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. We waited for 30 minutes for someone to take our order tonight, but no one ever came. We were never told that someone would be with us shortly. We eventually decided to leave and ended up ordering from Winfield Pizza Hut instead. I will never return to Vernin Pizza Hut again. This kind of service has been consistent every time I have visited.

This is the worst pizza place ever! We waited for 30 minutes for someone to take our order and no one showed up! They didn't even acknowledge us or say they would be with us shortly. We finally got up and left, and ended up calling Winfield Pizza Hut to place our order. I will never return to Vernon Pizza Hut again, as this has been my experience every time I've been there.

Tried this place a few times and each time was bad. Food was ok but no customer service. Two employees were having an argument the first time we went. The last experience, I tried to call in an order and after being on hold for over 5 minutes I was hung up on. Tried to call back and went straight to being on hold. Love Pizza Hut but not this one.

Awful service with trying to order by phone. This makes 2 weekends I can't get my order took without being put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, until I finally Hang up call again and get put back on hold!

Every time I order abd Pay extra for another size they always give me the wrong thing
