I work in the food industry and usually don't like to complain, but I picked up some food from this restaurant on my way home last Friday. I've ordered from here before, and the food has always been excellent! However, this time the pizza was undercooked. I understand it was a busy Friday, but still... I took pictures of the pizza and called the restaurant to inform them, but the manager wasn't available. I was promised a call back in a few minutes, but that never happened—I felt completely left in the dark. I wanted a SUPER SUPREME......they made a SUPREME.....I didn't want Cheese or sauce.......the sausage and beef, was about 15 pieces......most of the pizza crust was bare. Pizza Hut wonders why there sales r down and ppl order from other places! Food is not SPECED! This Pizza was awful, it was green peppers and crust! We had delivery. We wasn’t around from here and the woman in the phone wasn’t helpful and wasn’t about to take the order since she didn’t know the address of the hotel even though she knew where we was staying. The delivery guy was nice you could tell he was having a rough day but he didn’t let it bother his work.
I gave them another chance, but once again, they got my order wrong. I ended up with an extra pizza. While it tasted good, they definitely need to improve their customer service.

I wish pizza hut had a restaurant style place. Met all expectations for on the go.huntington use to have eat in pizza hut.
I always receive exactly what I ordered, and it's hot, fresh, and delivered promptly.
Clean and efficient location. Staff were friendly!
