Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

Today I placed an order at Pizza Hut, and the representative who took my order took about 20 minutes just to place it and did not fill it out correctly. I usually like Pizza Hut, but this kind of service is what drives customers to go elsewhere, especially when you call the restaurant and they blame the contact center, and vice versa. No one took responsibility for the incorrect order, and Pizza Hut did not take any steps to fix it. I don't mind paying for my order as long as it is made correctly.

I ordered two pizzas online for pickup last night. Got home and realized one pizza was completely wrong. Called the store and spoke to what I assume was the manager. She apologized and offered to have my pizza delivered for me so I didn’t have to go back out. Customer service was great. They will be my go to place whenever I want to order takeout or delivery from now on.

Order was scheduled to be delivered at 12:30. At 12:40 text said it was out for delivery. After 20 mins I called restaurant…no answer. Called again and was immediately put on hold. It arrived at 1:17 while I was still on hold. We only live about 1 mile away. Pizza was barely warm, was soggy, and the order was wrong. Ordered pan pizza, received regular crust.

I ordered a supreme pizza and it was missing half the toppings. I ordered online and it was delivered. However, if they realized they did not have the right toppings while making it, they should’ve called so I could’ve changed my order. They also put way too many onions on the pizza. We had to throw some of it away. It was disappointing. Reserva una mesa ahora

I have to say I never received a raw pizza for delivery before. My son wouldn't eat it and I thought he was exaggerating..but yep.. it was just raw dough pizza $45 down the drain for 2 $12 pizzas and a brownie. Make it make sense. And it was supposed to be vegi pizzas. Somehow they sent just jalapeños on half. I'm flabbergasted.

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut. The delivery was 20 minutes late and the driver marked the pizza as delivered well before they delivered it. The app told me the pizza was delivered so I was looking all over for my pizza. Once it finally arrived it was lukewarm and the cheese was burnt.

Terrible Pizza for the price. Pizza's were under cooked, and had very little toppings on it. Also had a $6 delivery fee plus tip. 2nd time in a row there were very little toppings. I paid $42 for pizzas for nephews, and had to feed them something else. Done with Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut used to deliver. Now the app says no longer able to deliver to Odenton. Switched to Pizza Boli's and their pizza is horrible, but at least they deliver to Odenton. Contacted store and corporate with no response from either. Now looking for other options Reserva una mesa ahora

Well, I have tried multiple pizza huts now, and I have to say that the pizza has seriously gone downhill. Below average taste and almost no taste in the crust. Got the big new Yorker pizza this time. I'm very disappointed. Ate one slice and threw the rest away.

Took me twice to walk in to get service but cashier was nice . I asked for well done and it looks and tastes bland/nasty … not to mention it still very doughy . I was in no rush so I’m confused. also these Cinnabons …. There’s more icing then buns
