Pizza review: the crust is not good. Doesn’t have much flavor. Other Pizza Hut locations taste much better!Location review: Pizza not great. They do not give plates or napkins. Which pizza is messy. Why would you not give napkins? No packets of red pepper or cheese available. You must buy a container, they are $1 each. I miss the packet days. The whole container is an overkill when you only need a little. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went in to get a pizza on Saturday, March 31st at exactly 11:55 pm. The large lady with black hair and white skin at the door was very rude, telling me in a harsh way that they close at 12 pm and wouldn't take any more orders, even if they were placed before closing. I left empty-handed because my phone showed it was only 11:55 pm, but they insisted it was already midnight.

I recently ordered a meat lover's pizza from the Pizza Hut on 78th street, and I will not be ordering from them again. The pizza was barely cooked, so I ended up throwing it away. It seemed as though the delivery person had eaten some of it on the way to my house. This was a completely new experience for me, and I won't be returning to Pizza Hut again.

The staff member opened the pizzas for me and requested that I inspect the two large pizzas thoroughly. They were flawless, and I am grateful for the excellent service.

They were busy and the back kitchen sounded crazy. Had to wait a bit for my pick-up, but the melts we got were really good. Manager was very nice
