Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

We ordered a pizza by phone. We arrived at the specified time of collection. The drive thru window was blocked by what a customer seemed to wait for his pizza to be made.. After 5 minutes wait, I moved away and parked. I went in to get our pizza instead of waiting for 5 minutes. There were at least 5 employees walking around inside. It was pointless to order the pizza before the time. We lived in Gray for many years and were thrilled when the Pizza hat opened in Gray. We hope for a better service in another pizza restaurant in the future.

I know Pizza Hut is not an extraordinary or unique dining establishment but I have a comment. The pizza and wings were outstanding. My only concern revolves around the website. I ordered online for delivery. The website was not easy to use and between being asked to input my information then being asked to input it again on the Visa link, my tip was charged twice. I only realized it when I got the email later to confirm my order.

Usually it is good, but the sauce was overwhelming and too much spices in it! We got one with buffalo sauce and it would have been good if they actually put the normal amount of cheese on it and it was melted. I was very disappointed!

The pizza hut is one of my days to eat. The staff at this point is always helpful and friendly. Except the manager. It is arrogant, for no reason, carelessly rude, and should not treat food or customer relations.

Best pizza, hands down. I love this place. It is also one of the few places that do deliverys in our area.
