Ordered a pizza for takeout and was told 15 to 20 minutes, fine. Waited 20 minutes and went to pick it up. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes and not one employee showed up . I asked the man eating at the counter to let them know Tom came to pick up his pizza but they can just keep it since nobody could come out and ring it up and hope their laughing conversations in the back were worth it. Won't be back at that location again
Out of product... that's fine I can handle it. Side salad is supposed to come with greens, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, and cheese and croutons. Missing onion and cucumber. Pizza.. I paid extra for topping. Missing topping.... called for them to make it straight. Hung up on me. I will now be calling corporate. On top of all that it was late. Don't order delivery from here at lunch time.
Not sure why instead of just calling saying they were out of ingredients, they decided that they would make a CHEESEBURGER melt that consisted of undercooked onions, pizza sausage ham instead of bacon. It was borderline inedible. The ranch that they put on the side instead of the regular cheeseburger melt sauce did not help... Just overall confused.
