Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

I had ordered a cheese pizza with onions and EXTRA CHEESE. When I got the pizza it was clear that they did not put extra cheese and still I got charged for it. I called customer service hoping for a refund, they put me on hold for a long time, I called again, still put me on hold for a long time. The atmosphere is dead. There is very few people working and little to no people in the restaurant. I don't know what has happened, it used to be so nice.

I order over the phone two pies a pepperoni and ham with pineapple, got there and my order wasn’t ready, I had to wait 1hr to my surprise only the pepperoni pie was there and the other box came empty. Overall the worst experience never again I’ll order from Pizza Hut.

Food was yum but I wouldn't consider eating in. The dine in area was a bit messy and could use a refresh. However, the cashier was friendly and helpful for takeout.

Pizzia ok. Place is empty and in need of maintenance. Staff kinda acted like I was imposing on them
