Pizza Hut happens to be my favorite pizza place. So, it's with a heavy heart that I say this. The PH in Avenel sucks!! My first issue is that when you call to order, you are sent to a call center. No one knows exactly where you are calling, but the several times that I have called, I get a person with a heavy accent that you can't understand or they don't understand you!! My last 3 orders were wrong. You should be able to call the store directly.2ndly, they use DoorDash which in itself is not an issue. I ordered food delivery at 6:30 PM from the PH website and received a message stating that it would leave the restaurant by 7:10 PM. By 8:00 PM, I called the restaurant to check on the delay, and they told me that the driver had picked up our order, but they had no way of tracking it. It turned out that, despite ordering from Pizzahut.com, they were short-staffed and had to use a delivery service. Unfortunately, there was no accountability for the order, and it never arrived. I can't even get a refund until I call the restaurant again this afternoon. Their approach to delivery service is frustrating; when drivers are unavailable, it seems that they fail to fulfill orders altogether.
I’ve made my decision: I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I placed an order through their website, but they handed it off to DoorDash without my consent. The driver delivered my food to the wrong location and struggled to communicate in English when I tried to figure out where it went. When I eventually found my order, I noticed that a drink was missing, and no one answered the phone when I called for assistance. I’m certain they have lost a loyal customer, and I’ll be sharing my experience with my colleagues to warn them about this place. This is my honest feedback.
I think it's better than the other one on RT 9, because it's a lot less oily. The pies may be a bit smaller but looks like a pepperoni pizza. The pizza hut on RT 9 it's like by the time you get home with it? Your car seats are all saturated with the oil? I'm not kidding either. This one, I was shocked to not have oil dripping all over my car.One thing for sure? It's a lot smaller, and cleaner to. I think I'll be getting my pizza from this place instead of the other place. I hope this helps you decide.

Used to go to Rt 9 location but was happy to see this closer option. I've ordered a few times from here and each time it took forever for the food. Tonight I ordered delivery of 2 pizzas and a breadsticks. Absolutely the worst. I got confirmation of my order at 6 pm. It was finally delivered at 8:15 pm nice and cold and definitely not worth the wait. You try calling and they just send you around until they disconnect you. Thanks but going back to Rt 9. Too bad zero stars is not an option.
Amazing service as always! I love my pineapple pizza! I think her name is Katrina; I apologize if I'm not getting it right. She's always incredibly friendly. I order online, and my food is delivered right inside—fast and convenient!
I wouldn't recommend ordering "The Big New Yorker Create Your Own" from this place. It was dry, lacked sauce, and the cheese was incredibly sparse. It felt like a total waste of money.
My soda was fine, but both pizzas were incorrect. One appeared to have been sitting out for an hour, while the other was only half-cooked. I'm truly disappointed by the poor quality.

The garlic parmesan sauce here is disappointing; it resembles watery mayonnaise. The wings are soggy and definitely not worth the $26 price tag.
14" Supreme Pizza was good overall. Just wish the crust had more seasoning or flavor.
