Horrible experience, old and bad food, brown and red salad lettuce with no onions, tomatoes, croutons, I got bad lettuce in a box. Pizza was 90% dough, was hardly any cheese or sauce. No prices anywhere and the QR code they have in the restaurant sendsyou to a 404 error page so I had to order at the counter and ask for each individual price as I ordered. Prices are way too highfor what you get. Wouldnt reccomend if you dont want to literally throw money in the garbage. I paid $18 for this bad lettuce.That was most disappointing.
Horrible service the delivery driver dropped our food off on our nabors sidewalk in the pouring rain as I was flashing the porch light yelling is that for 123 my address he proceeded to ignore me and drove off so I called the location and told them what happened they proceeded to curse me out and say sorry about my luck this pizza hut location seems to have a ongoing issue with the Horrible employees the one lady with the red mustang does a great job picking up everyone else's slack ill never eat at another pizza hut again
Absolutely horrible.. Dinning room was a filthy mess, approximately 5 or 6 employees just standing around chatting, server never asked if we wanted drink refills. Place wasn't even busy so there should be no reason for it to look the way it did. When server did empty the dishes from 1 table she failed to whipe the table down.they had to clean our table just to seat us. Went in with high expectations and was sadly disappointed.
Call center tries to upsell you when you get to the store the prices are reasonable the pizza is always good I just dislike somebody trying to upsell me and telling me that something is a lot more than it actually is

I wanted to get myself and grandchildren a lunch. The waitress was very polite and the food was good. Lunch specialties were even better. Thanks Pizza Hut!
Great experience eating with 4 children. The manager here, Jessica, took 100% ownership of everything we needed. We'll be back soon!
Sitting down eating at pizza hut eating hot pizza is always good. No complaints at all. The best way to eat pizza.
Usually quick, efficient service. Located conveniently right off of Philadelphia Rd in small shopping center.
