Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

Every time I order they call me and tell me it will be 2 hours instead of what it shows online. The first time I said ok and the pizza tasted way off, even tho it came in time (not 2 hours later). This time they did not hesitate to cancel my order when I said ok, as long as the quality isn 't compromised. It almost seems like they don 't want to take orders here. She also said it will be 3-5 days before I get a refund. I don 't think so ....I 'll dispute the charge immediately. It seems I 'm not the only one and after reading other reviews, I think I 'll pass for good ?. Ok then...?

Asked us to come pick up the pizza because they were short staffed. Then kept our online delivery tip for themselves. My wife went to pick up and had to wait an additional time after they told us 15 minutes. Ended up being 40 minutes... I would love for the owner of this store to call me for my advice on how to run a franchise. I will never go to pizza hut again in this area unless this is reconciled

It's Pizza Hut. I believe their goal is to ensure that every product is consistent and tastes the same every time. I usually order online for convenience, and my orders are always ready on time and taste as expected. The service is good, and there are always parking spaces available. The restaurant is well-lit and clean. I could have sworn they offered plates, but I did receive napkins and utensils.

It’s Pizza Hut. I’m sure the goal is to make sure each item is consistent and always tastes the same. I only ever order online for carry out but it’s always ready on time and tastes as it should. Service is good there’s always parking. Store is well lit and clean. I could swear they stopped offering plates but I got plates and napkins. Reserva una mesa ahora

Every time we order jalapeños on the side, we never receive them. Our last order arrived late, without jalapeños, and both pizzas were cold. The wings weren't even warm, making them inedible. For a $60 bill, it was extremely disappointing. I don't think we'll be ordering from here again.

The wings were way over priced for traditional. Then they arrived and it was all just vinegar in the sauce. The driver got lost for delivery and the food was.cold by the time he arrived

not organized and not clean lasted for ever only to get our food even before the order, they left me on the phone waiting for 7 minutes said it will be ready in 20 more like 40.

a filled crust pizza ordered. the teig itself seemed under-baked and floppy, all the beats would simply fall off. I had not hoped:

pizza was cold ordering a dinner box not get the cheese sticks amd watched the supplier go directly to someone other house
