Pizza Hut in Columbia Maryland on route 108 This place is normally Kinda ok, but this just took the cake for me so I had to write a review. I ordered the five dollar medium specials... they allow one topping per pizza for five dollars as long is you order more than one pizza. I ordered three pizzas. I wanted 2 cheese pizza and 1 pizza with pepperoni and sausage. I only wanted them to take one of the toppings from one of the cheese pizza and add it to pepperoni pizza. They charged me for an additional topping when the toppings already come with the pizza. I spoke to the manager and he tried to tell me that I can't do that. I have a lot of great childhood memories with pizza hut and go back there when I would like to revisit it. However I was very dissapointed with my recent pick up for 4 reasons: -the breadsticks weren 't cut,they just gave me a slab of flavored bread -they forgot the seasoning on the crust of the pizza -The overpriced side marinara which cost a 75 cents was cold -ruining of their pan pizza Having grown up on Pizza Hut, especially with personal pans through the Book It program, however I have not been happy with the change to the new pan pizzas where they essentially threw away every aspect that made the pan pizza special to save on cost... but I was still holding on. If I could give no stars I would. Where yo begin,... we arrived at 645 and were told to seat ourselves. Ten minutes later a lady from the kicthen got our drink order. 15 minutes later nobody came to get our order. 5 minutes later my husband went to the front and ordered our pizza and our kid pizza. There were 5 tables currently seated and only one was being waited on. The food came 1 hour after we arrived. No one ever came to check in us. The end of the meal came, I walked to the hostess stand and got our own to go box. The check never came and honestly we could have left without anyone noticing, however, I went up front to pay. The place is also covered in ants. I will never go back to this...
They only getting one star because I had to give a star. This is worst pizza experience I have ever had. The manager didn't change his gloves the entire time we were in the store. The only reason we stayed was because we told them and someone else took our pizza out the oven. I wish we left out. The pizza was dry, and over cooked. This Pizza hut is a bad representation of Pizza hut. I didn't expect 5 star pizza but I remember a time when Pizza hut was a place you could go to and get a decent pizza. I will not be going to this Pizza hut ever again. No stars.

A better description of your Beyond sausage pizza (I thought there would be sauce), and more flexibility in being able to order the Beyond (I could only order a large, and I was charged more when I substituted toppings for Beyond special. I got he same number and type of toppings (I requested different veggies than the ones that came with the Large Beyond special), but could not understand why I was charged the additional $3.
I placed an online order which took a half an hour to receive, my order time was 15mins, the restaurant was empty! When receiving my order I was informed that the wait was for bread sticks however while I sat and waited no one said anything. To make matters worst the breadsticks were let's say well done. Bad customer service, bad food.
I decided to treat my kids to a Valentine's Day pizza, but when it arrived, I was disappointed by the sad-looking pizza. I reached out to Pizza Hut to let them know about the issue, and they promptly apologized and made a new order. This is definitely how it's meant to look!
I go to this restaurant quite often! This is the best place to grab a bite. I visit this place regularly. The cooking is great, the crew is professional and the prices are good. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant over a rich supper.
