Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

Met by a rude manager on arrival. Told I MUST pay via the app at the table ! I don 't want to use the app , I don 't have a smart phone. After some discussion she said 'well I could pay via card at the till if I need to ' I found her manner very unwelcoming. Shown to our table sat down. Manager walked off without saying anything. As it was a buffet we got up to help ourselves to be stopped in my tracks by the manager who bellowed at me 'have you paid? ' err paid ? I 've not eaten anything yet ! The restaurant was absolutely terrible, so much so that we walked out. It had a dirty and unkempt feel to it, and I couldn't even imagine eating anything from there. When my daughter used the restroom, which was located in the now unused upstairs area, I waited for her outside only to hear a staff member tell the manager that I looked suspicious standing upstairs. Customers have to order their own food via their phone on the restaurant's website, which takes away from the experience of dining out. Pizza Hut has become so impersonal with the new cashless app ordering system. There was no need for staff to even really be there as I used the buffet and did everything myself. Pre paying through the app and asking for a tip before I’ve even had my meal is disgusting. The salad bowls are so small it’s ridiculous. You can only fit a couple of cucumber slices each time you go up. The bottomless drinks are sugar free only and just one glass of regular drink is the same price as the bottomless ones. It’s just not value for money any more. Didn’t enjoy the experience at all and won’t be returning in a hurry. We are not a cashless society so stop forcing it on us. It will be to your detriment.

My family and I had a meal at this restaurant with our toddler. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to order using a QR code, but once we did, everything went smoothly! The food was delicious, especially the salad bar which was a great addition. The pizza was quick and very tasty, and the staff were helpful and attentive. One of the older ladies working there was especially kind to my grandson and went above and beyond to assist us. We were delighted to visit The Hut again! Reserva una mesa ahora

The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming and took the time to explain how to order from our table. They promptly seated us at a nice table. Since it was lunchtime, we opted for the buffet. My grandson enjoyed it and I indulged in the delicious array of salads with a few slices of fresh pizza. Everything was flavorful and fresh. I was pleased to see some Robinsons squash at the soft drink station. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

I went there with my grand DOUGHTER Never again grumpy manager was so rude my son Come to pick us up she did not let hım join our table and ask hım not sit wait standing and when he aşk her name to complain she did not give her name and push hım out restaurant front of his DOUGHTER she stressed out cry all Day staff iş good other than rude manager

Ate at pizza hut tonight. The pizza was covered in to much tomato sauce the cheese wasn't real mozzarella. I ordered a pepperoni feast that had only 8 pieces of pepperoni on it. As a side I ordered onion rings that were dry and had no real onion in. Very dissatisfied and won't be eating here again. This was a chesterfield pizza hut.

We went for a family pre cinema meal, the tables and chairs were sticky, the decor worn, cardboard boxes out on display (not pizza boxes big large packing type boxes) it smelt greasy, bathroom schedule not filled in … so didn’t know if they were checked. While we were eating the pizzas we found a hair strand in pizza’s cheese layer we would have inhabited it had it only been in one of our pizzas but we found another hair in another pizza we ordered. We went and called Pizza Hut and they said they can’t do anything since there was less that 8 slices of the 10

terrible, most of it was eaten by dogs because it was impossible to eat , a lot of oil, I dont buy anymore
