I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've never been treated so poorly. We were left waiting while the staff chatted among themselves instead of taking our order. Even though we paid as soon as we arrived, we still had to ask for plates to eat from. They served our drinks in small plastic cups meant for children, and I had to go up to the counter to get silverware, which turned out to be plastic forks. The sauce for the breadsticks was cold. Having visited many Pizza Huts throughout the South, I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant! My food never arrived, and when I called to let them know I thought it had been delivered to the wrong house, the male manager spoke to me as if I were foolish, insisting that I just needed to give them time to locate the order. I had proof that it was delivered to the wrong address! When I called back to request a refund, he was extremely rude and hung up on me. I highly advise against ordering from this place—it's truly awful!
The African American manager was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional. This isn't the first time I've encountered this behavior from her. Unfortunately, this kind of attitude can drive customers away, as no one wants to deal with a loud and unprofessional staff member. It's a poor reflection on the company, and I believe she should be let go immediately due to her rudeness and lack of professionalism. I would rate this experience 1 out of 5 stars. #POORBUSINESS
It's Pizza Hut, and they're also promoting their wings. They have a weekly deal on those every Wednesday. I haven't tried the wings; I usually just stick to their pizzas. While I occasionally explore other places, Pizza Hut is my go-to choice. The only issue I've encountered is that they often don't cut the crust all the way through, which results in just four slices. We waited two hours for our stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. We ordered at 8:15 PM on a Tuesday, so we didn’t expect any delays since it wasn’t during busy hours. After about an hour and 45 minutes, I called to check on the order and was told it was on its way. It arrived 40 minutes later, but it was cold and disappointing. I’ve never had to complain before, but this experience was very frustrating. The management needs to take this issue seriously.
I placed an online order for carryout using 300 Hut reward points, but the store was closed—presumably for the 4th of July. This seems like a missed opportunity for them to make money. To make matters worse, my reward points were still deducted! There should be a way to prevent ordering from a closed store. I would like my points to be refunded.
I placed a phone order, but the young lady who took my call didn’t ask for my name. When I arrived, my order hadn’t been entered at all. I repeated my order twice while she chatted and giggled with her coworkers in my ear before clocking out. This happened on Friday, October 28, 2022, at 3:56 PM. It was a terrible experience!
I ordered takeout online, and my food was ready in just 15 minutes—perfect timing! My order was spot on, and the cashier was really friendly. She offered me cheese and pepper, as well as napkins. To top it all off, I also received a complimentary dessert. Reserva una mesa ahora
