Ordered online on the site pizza hut at 22h05. Confirmed order. We move to the restaurant at 22:15: the restaurant is closed while it is supposed to close at 22:30. Where are the employees? Is it normal to confirm the order (takes 25 minutes before closing) and there is no one arriving? Does management know?
