I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The girl at the cash register and on the phone was incredibly rude and unwilling to delay preparing our pizza so that we could enjoy it warm when we passed through town. I was picking up pizza for my family of six, and when I requested some to-go items, she carelessly tossed them on top of the pizza box. When I pointed out that there weren't enough items for all of us (since we were going to eat in the car during a long trip), she completely ignored me and even turned her nose up at me. Staff was very friendly, was clean, and that's about all the positive I can give Pizza Hut. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in years, so thought we would give them a try on our way home from the beach. Sign said salad bar open, but it was not, so not sure if only for certain hours. We dined in, and they don't do fountain drinks, only bottles. Pizza came out in a box as did the breadsticks and the pasta. Not enough room on a table for all the boxes.

I called to order a pizza at 7:15 and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. When I called back at 9, they claimed they "tried to call" to inform me that they no longer deliver to my address. I confirmed my phone number, and no call was ever made. I will never order from or visit this Pizza Hut again. Their customer service is terrible.

Besides its location in Plymouth, Indiana, this restaurant was fantastic! It reminded me of the original Pizza Hut in terms of taste!
