I've been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut since 2012 and have always appreciated their food and service. However, I've recently experienced a noticeable decline in both. Today, I placed an online order for pickup, and it turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had. I tried calling the store nine times to add items to my order, but no one answered. When I arrived, no one acknowledged me at the counter, so I had to just grab my food. Once I got home, the thin crust pizza was disappointing; it didn’t taste great and was missing the extra cheese I had paid for. The P'Zone was completely inedible—I ended up having to feed it to the deer! I'm really sad to say this, but I am very disappointe...
I had a wonderful experience ordering from Pizza Hut through DoorDash! It's certainly one of the best options for quick pizza. I got a 14" large pizza, and it arrived perfectly packaged with no problems at all. They even included some extra sauce, which was a delightful bonus! I really appreciate that they supply everything you need to enjoy your pizza. Overall, I would give this experience a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend ordering from Pizza Hut on the DoorDash app, and I encourage trying out any restaurant available on the app!
The food is amazing, but I had to give you a one-star rating because of a major issue: the phone service. It constantly cuts off, especially when I'm trying to place an order. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to an hour just to get through! I feel sorry for Steph and the other employees who have to deal with this frustrating situation. It's clear that the owner needs to invest in a better quality phone. Customers are suffering because of this too, and it's just not fair to anyone involved.
After weeks of exploring the streets and sampling local delicacies and pastries from every region, I found myself in need of a comforting, familiar meal. Pizza Hut was exactly what I was looking for during my spontaneous visit. The service was friendly, the waitress was energetic, and the food arrived hot and fresh. It felt like a true taste of home, no matter where that may be.

My star rating reflects only the taste and flavor of the food. The staff was excellent, and the facilities were adequate. I ordered pan pizzas with extra cheese from both Pizza Hut and Domino's, and in my opinion, Domino's was the clear winner. You can see the comparison below, but that's just my personal take.
Be sure to carefully review your bill. The food was excellent and the service was good, but our total was doubled because the $5.00 specials weren’t applied initially. Although they corrected the mistake when we pointed it out, I worry about what might happen if other customers overlook such errors.
The pizza here is consistently overcooked, resulting in a dry texture and improper baking. Although I live just five minutes away from this location, I prefer to order from the Northfield location instead.
I ordered pork fried rice from Pizza Hut, but they disconnected the call. Their customer service is awful, though the pork fried rice on their menu is quite good. Pizza Hut, you need to improve!

The food was poorly prepared and didn't taste good. To make matters worse, my wings arrived without any sauce, and I had to wait 40 minutes for them.
The pizza was hurriedly prepared and not cooked all the way through.
