if they appreciate their image of pizza hat and what they represent in any way, they do not order from this place. I was sent the wrong order and when I contacted the load to possibly correct or (it was less than 5 minutes between the time) I was told that my replacement order was already in many cases and that the load was secured by 25 hours and I should be happy to eat the $4 delivery fee I called back to get the name of gentleman who obviously doesn't know how to handle his emotions in a professional environment, he had someone else pick up the phone (surprise) and told the hired to tell me his name was bobby. I am sure that they are one of the many reasons why most have lost the belief in customer service, therefore why this place has so many terrible reviews, but next time they do one please and stay home. order them on their own risk all!

I ordered 3 times from this pizzeria because papa johns (where I buy every week) was out of order. in two of them my order does not arrive and when I call, no one knows what has happened or they do everything to solve it. they only say that it was delivered, even though I received tracking from them that tell me that my order was canceled. (that never happens to other companies) the last time I wrote to the customer service, they sent an email that the local load contacted me and never happened. So twice I lost my money. the pizza is good, but I do not recommend ordering anything online because they are risking losing their money and starving.

Every time I order from here, you get it wrong. I just want a simple pizza cake with only 2 toppings. they said they would give me $22 credit because they misunderstood the order. I then asked them if I should pay personally or online and they put the phone in my face, although I was not disrespectful or rude. the workers clearly do not give what they do.

When I first ordered online, the order said the delivery time was more than 2 hours. That was very disappointing because I was really hungry, but I decided to wait every way. But I was very glad to get my order with an hour they used DoorDash to deliver my pizza. I'm so glad you have these options. Keep the great work and the pizza was delicious!

this place has in the really bad quality pizza, but this time it was really terrible. the pizza was so overcooked. the whole pizza was dry, the cheese was burned everywhere. I just ordered it and they had pfeffer on one of the discs. usually only order when a pizza hut gift comes, but we regret it every time from this place.
