Like others..I ordered, waited for more than two hours and even tipped well. Pizza was ice cold. The only reason I even took the delivery was because my gf wanted it. I had already ate something else as after an hour and a half and expecting it to be there in forty min I was hungry. I don't even care about the time just be honest. I had called and spoke with the workers and could've walked there and back in twenty minutes tops...edit...I forgot to add that they gave us free food for the next time...same complaints...took way to long. The only reason I ordered again was because it was free.
I do not recommend this restaurant. The manager is unprofessional and talks about everything but the issues at hand. They seem clueless about the status of the delivery driver and what items are being delivered. They don't take responsibility for any problems. This was the worst experience I've had with a pizza place. The pizza barely arrived warm, and they messed up my order. The taste was also different from other pizzerias I've tried. I suggest skipping this place and finding somewhere with better food and service.
Lousy service lost attitude. Pizza more than two hours late. The guy on the phone had absolutely not a care in the world. I'm sorry to say this is not the first time I've had the same exact experience with this restaurant. I have no idea who owns it or who's running it but they are not professional and they really do not care about service or even good food. I'm done I will not order againfrom Pizza Hut until they give me another option in my area. As far as I'm concerned this is literally stealing.
I ordered a large meat lover pizza and a large cheese pizza. When I received them, it was clear that something was wrong, and even the owner and staff seemed aware but didn’t address the issue. I have filed a complaint with customer service, as well as with the BBB and the Ohio Attorney General's office. It’s frustrating to see that they don’t seem interested in resolving issues or even answering calls. I wanted to share my experience as a warning for others.

I ordered $72.00 worth of pizza only to get the wrong order twice. And I can't get anyone to answer the phone. They need to put down the cell phones and handle business. The order was for 3 pizza's large and 18 wings. I got 2 large and a little pan pizzas and the worst over cooked wings with little to no sauce. I will never get anything from there again. The staff and management need to be retrained or fired.
The service of this location has dramatically improved for myself over the last year. I'd actually stopped ordering, but recently began using this Pizza Hut again. I refuse to do delivery due to past experience but the staff that is currently there appears to be a lot more friendlier. They actually value the customers and their experiences.
I strongly advise against ordering from this place. A few months ago, my food never arrived, and to make matters worse, they never informed me that it wouldn’t be delivered. I initially thought it was just a fluke or that they had a bad night. However, it happened again tonight, leaving my family hungry when we were counting on a meal.
I ordered 35 dollars worth of pizza…ECT. The order was sent to a store that was CLOSED!!!!! Customer service may as well be nonexistent, I got no help!!! No refund, nothing!!!! So as for me and mine…..PIZZA HUT, YOU AINT RIGHT AND WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME OUT OF ME!!!

order 20 o'clock. the driver called at 9:30 a.m. and said he had arrived. No one was there. I tried to call back. no answer. I called the load and said the load had no driver and the order was never prepared. it took her an hour to realize that!? never again.
Good pizza, tasted great. Vary helpful customer service. No complaints on my order and was ready within a timely fashion.
