Spoke to a guy named Ryan with an accent. He sounded completely disinterested intaking my order and that should have been it for me. Not good service Order was not correct. They do not open the pizza box to let you see the pizza. I had to do it myself. The pizza with jalapenos was supposed to have extra pepperoni. I told the worker she replied with It is extra pepperoni . I didn 't have time to argue. The 1st pizza that has pepperoni, ham bacon has the same amount of pepperoni. CLEARLY NO extra Pepperoni. 1 of our pizza did NOT have Buffalo Sauce. We ordered buffalo sauce instead of marinara sauce. We ordered 1 with Hut Favorite Crust 1 regular. Poor service--fail. The cashier did not know how to operate the register--fail. I ordered a meat lovers and they only gave me a pepperoni--fail. The only positive thing I have to say about the experience is that the pizza that I did receive tasteddecent. Overall, Pizza Hut has progressively gotten worse and worse over the years. This experience was not an exception to therule, but the standard. Fail.
This pizza hut is trash. Second time in two weeks I ordered my usual NEITHER order was delivered. I called the store number it is a customer service hotline that has ti transfer you to the store. I asked when my order would be here after 3 callattempts was told 9:04. Quoted original time is 40 mins before that. Now it's 30 mins after that. Garbage customer service.

Since I wasn?t able to reach anyone directly by phone why not leave a rating. Due to me not feeling well; I ordered in. I purchased the trio deal pizza, pasta and a drink. My pizza was cold and wasn?t thin crust as requested. The pasta was decent.Forgot my pop (all on video). Timeliness was fair and expect.

Terrible service. Got the order wrong and then half did the order once given. Plus it took long than started. Will never order from them again
Just a very dirty store and the food is just as gross. This location and franchise needs major renovations, and pride. Such a disappointment.

Wasn't the best pizza but it could've been better and the boneless chilli wings were horrible...First and last time coming here though
Food is always delivered cold and this last time all my boxes were opened when I received them.
