The Hispanic girl at the register had a terrible attitude turning her back away from me huffing and puffing (there was no need for that) when I explaining my dissatisfaction about how our food had been prepared. She was very unprofessional and childish acting. Very bad for business to have someone so immature with lack of good customer service skills to be at the front register. Need to be trained on how to properly deal with customers and dissatisfaction/ issues that arise in a courteous, professional, calm, friendly and mature manner. I always have a wonderful experience. I go thru drive thru and the njce young lady. Is always the same person and she knows me by name she is very pleasant and polite. She calls me Ms and also just gets my pizzas ? when she see me before she even gets to the window.She tells me to enjoy while im paying have a nice night and see you again because I'm there every weekend
I had an amazing experience with the service—everyone was incredibly courteous! I ordered two medium special pizzas at $6.99 each, a double order of breadsticks for $5, an order of chicken bones (without the wings) for $5, and Tuscani Pasta for $5. It was the perfect lunch, especially with the lovely weather, and the kids really enjoyed it!
Quick preparation and great customer service. Since COVID they have stopped serving fountain drinks and water but the cashier gave my granddaughter a bottle of water since they had no cups. This was the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had! My pizza was delivered an hour and 40 minutes late, and the driver left it outside. No one would speak to me about the issue, saying they couldn't refund my money. To make matters worse, the driver even ate some of the breadsticks. Seriously?
