I have placed an online order for board pick-up at the Alliso-Bonnett site in Hueytown, and on arrival I used the link provided by the pizza hat to call and warn them from my arrival, and was used for over 8 minutes before hanging, then tried out of the boarding sign, nothing yet. I had to come out of the car after I had specifically asked for the pickup and entered a crowded restaurant during a pandemic to get my food. The pick-up time was 7:20 and I finally went in at 19:30, just to say that my prepaid order was not ready. There were several people returning pizzas because they were burned. Finally after 8:00, over 45 minutes after my pick-up time, and have to go inside to get food for which I prepaid to have no contact with other people, I get my pizza. It wasn't the way I ordered it, but I just wanted to get out of this crowded little room during this pandemic and feed my family. The worst experience for me. I will not recommend this place to everyone. The fact that I was offered curbside contactless pickup was completely wrong and is shameful. They really have no respect for the health and wellness of their customers. We tried this place again after the takeover of one year for bad service; and the service is still bad if not bad. Not sure in other places, but Hueytown location is the worst ever.
