Our order was completed incorrectly. We ordered two medium hand tossed pizzas and instead we received 2 small square pizzas. When we complained the manager did not apologize or try to make the order right. He simply said ?Do you want the pizza or a refund, we don?t have round pizza dough?. He gave me a refund and refused to make the pizza we ordered. Very inappropriate! The kids left hungry. So unfortunate for a Pizza Hut restaurant. The manager Nathan definitely needs training on customer service!
The delivery driver needs to ensure that orders arrive on time. I live about 7 minutes away from the store, so I could have picked it up myself. However, it took the driver around 30 minutes from the time I received the notification that my order was on its way. The delivery was scheduled for 2:24 PM EST, but we didn't receive it until around 3:00 PM EST. Because of the delay, the pizza was lukewarm and somewhat chewy from sitting too long. I was really disappointed with this experience.
Ordered two pizza for carry out and asked for well done. When I arrived my pizza was basically still dough. I asked her to please run the pizza thru again once more. After 10 minutes I came back in to find the pizza still flimsy almost soggy. I askedto see the mgr. She said she wouldn't put the pizza in again because it would back up other orders... Other orders that theywere probably sending out incorrectly lol. I won't be going here again.
The food is just not as good as it used to be.... please properly train the new chef. I cook for a living too and some of the food I e received lately has been inedible. They've made it right with a few dollars credit. But I want to be able to get whatI order at the time and be able to eat it. Quality control comes before its cut and put in the box.
I really enjoy Pizza Hut. I recently moved from downtown Tampa to Seffner, and I just wanted to share that in the last five months of ordering pizza, it has always been delicious. The delivery is consistently on time, as shown in the app, and the staff is very friendly. This is by far the best Pizza Hut location I’ve visited. Thank you!
Pizza Hut on Parsons in Seffner was our go-to spot until it closed during COVID. Since then, we've been ordering from the one on MLK Jr. Blvd in Seffner. It's a bit farther away, but their pizzas are far superior to our previous location. We really love this place, and the extra drive is definitely worth it!
I called from the 275 I-4 exit. Was listening to ads for 22 minutes. No one ever picked up the phone. I got to the Seffer store still listening to the ads play. I asked the employee why he's not answering the phone, he said he didnt know. And then got an attitude. Wont be back
