I ordered my pizza online for carry out here. This was my first time to this pizza hut as I am not from this town. When I arrived my pizza and wings were ready. The guy that was working the front was super nice and provided the best customer service I have had in a pizza hut before. I looked at my pizza and it had two topping on each slice when I actually wanted half pepperoni and half sausage. He immediately went in the back to have another pizza re made. He also place my wings in the heater so it can stay warm while the pizza get ready. I went back to my car to wait on my pizza. He actually came out and brought my pizza to my car door. The pizza arrived in poor condition due to delivery issues. Despite being told a new one would be sent, it never arrived. After contacting the restaurant, we were informed that Lisa, who we were previously told was a staff member, does not exist. A promised credit on our account was not honored when we tried to use it. When we called again, Rachel failed to place our order once more. The replacement pizza with wings made by Nathan was also unsatisfactory as it contained hair. We have decided to dispute the charge on our credit card and will not be ordering from this restaurant again. It is clear that Rachel should be terminated from her position.
I wanted to inform you that the pizza we received today was not up to standard. It was burnt around the edges, overcooked throughout, and had very little chicken on it. We expected to have at least some chicken, mushrooms, and tomatoes on the pizza. Usually, we are satisfied with our orders, but today was extremely disappointing. 2/18/23. Pizza Hut. Very fast and amazingly friendly service, take out and delivery only. Lobby is small, but there is a bench and restroom. I've ordered from this location hundreds of times over the years, and my food has always been on point. Of course, I'll keep coming back.

Horrible horrible customer service. I called the phone rang for 25 minutes waiting on someone to answer!! Finally answered they said only 8 minutes on there end. The guy was so rude.
This is a horrible location. Ordered a two-topping pizza and it was completely overcooked. Do not go to this location they're consistently horrible in terms of quality.

burnt old pizza smh. pizza hut is too expensive to deal with burnt old pizza.
