Honestly, every time I order from this place (and yes, I realize that if I’m not satisfied, I should stop coming, but it’s the only option close to my house), my pizza arrives barely warm and looks like it’s been sitting on the warmer far too long. To make matters worse, they even tried to charge us for the tiny packets of peppers and cheese that they practically throw at you when you order. Seriously?! Unbelievable! This is a new low, guys. Bravo!
Terrible service at Pizza Hut. No greeting when I arrived, the staff member cleaning the dining area completely ignored me, and the guy at the register had to be told why I was there. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding the location on Cage Ridge next to HEB in Pharr.
The staff at this restaurant truly exceeded my expectations. I had placed an online order just before their closing time, and when I arrived, I found out that it hadn’t been processed. Despite being closed, they insisted on preparing my order anyway. What a fantastic team they have!

I went to this pizza hut for execution and also delivery for over 10 months and I always had great service and food is on point and if their mistake they make it right LOVE the management!!! and staff
My previous dining experience at the restaurant was enjoyable, with polite staff. Recently, I ordered delivery, and the driver was on time, courteous, and expressed gratitude for my order.
Great pizza with delicious toppings! Just be prepared for a longer wait for preparation and delivery, but it's definitely worth it. The dining area is a bit small.
