Last night I ordered online for delivery. I always screenshot the confirmation. The tracker they sent in text message took me to something that said carryout. I called the store 3 times. Waited on hold for 9 mins total and had someone pick up once say carryout or delivery I started to explain and I was put back on hold suddenly. I needed the order as delivery because we were unable to do carryout. Crazy I couldn't get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation! Didn't end up with dinner because of terrible customer service when it comes to the phoneIncluded is the screenshot of my delivery order.
We ate at the Pizza Hut in Rockland. We all ordered salads and both of the dressings we used were rancid. I returned the salad and the waiter was very nice and took it off of our bill and made all new dressings immediately. Gave him a good tip! He was the only good thing about this place.. There is hardly anything to order from the menu, the salad bar has weird toppings that don't go on salad (corn type stuff, green olives, fruit chunks ect) and is way overpriced. Would not recommend coming to this place and definitely will never be eating here again ..
Samuel, our waiter, was one of the best I've encountered in a long time. He was very attentive, truly polite, and provided fast service. The food was up to the standard you'd expect from Pizza Hut, but the atmosphere made it even better. They offered an all-you-can-eat salad bar for $9.99, which is something you don't often see, so that was a delightful surprise. Overall, I give it 5 stars. Thank you for the wonderful experience and delicious food!

We placed our order over the phone, and it was prepared by the time we arrived. The staff was courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back the next time I'm in the area. As for parking, there's a large lot with a traffic light, making it easy to get in and out.
I thought I ask for two orders of the cheese strick but only got oneAns the ones i order for carry out bread sticks were different from the one I know eating inside lol I like the inside bread sticks better.But other then that it was gd

Great customer service, our waitress was great, very attentive. My husband ordered wings, and they were delicious. My pizza was cooked to perfection. Overall, I give this restaurant a 10

Server was alone did a great job. Salad bar was reasonably well stocked especially since we came in kind of late.
Pizza and cheesy bread and cookie were great. Very friendly
