I have been a regular at Petrillo’s for as long as I can remember. Since moving closer to the Glendora location, I actually prefer it over the San Gabriel one because the pizza stays warm all the way home. Their antipasto salad is among my favorites from any Italian restaurant in the area, packed with fresh vegetables and meats. A medium pizza and a small salad will set you back around $50, but considering it can easily feed a family of four and you can really taste the quality, I think it's well worth it. Additionally, their mobile app is a nice feature that lets you earn points to redeem for future orders.
Delivery keeps getting pushed back. Last time I'll ever order from here. I ordered the day before, and the pizza is still not ready on time. What's the point of reserving a time slot if you can't even make the order on time? No, it was not the Uber driver. They were waiting outside for the order. My eta delivery is an hour after my reserved time. Now, my order will be cold by the time it gets to me. Not ok. Do better petrillos.
To be honest, I only come here for the calamari. I wish they had the old ones, but the new ones are good too. If you get this, eat as soon as possible. It's still good later, but fresh hits differently. The score I give is indicative of how much I like the calamari. The rest of the stuff, I haven't tried recently, but the quality has gone down in my opinion, or I have tried better pizza. The pastas are not good in my opinion.
Pizza is fantastic! But for some reason the pubescent children running the registers and phone hate working here for some reason. The phones always go unanswered and the staff here are always incredibly rude. If the people making the pizza start mirroring their coworkers at the counter, this business here is going to decline dramatically! Again great pizza.

Petrillo’s has always had amazing food and customer service. Recently started ordering lasagna and chicken Parmesan from their catering menu for birthdays. The catering portions are huge and fairly priced. Mike was awesome in setting up our order:
I grew up with Petrillos. Valley and San Gabriel Blvd location. I've been around the world and no place has better pizza. About 2 years ago I moved to Florida and when I'm in CA pizza night is Petrillos.
I absolutely love Petrillo's! I've been a loyal customer for many years. The owner is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the pizza is outstanding!
The pizza was alright, but it wasn't anything special. However, the customer service was excellent.
