I needed pizza for a kids birthday party today. There were so many choices in the area, I didn't know which pizza place to go with. I stopped into this PHut location to place my order. It was clean and I talked through the order with the manager. He helped me decide to buy a few large pizzas cut into 12 slices. The pizza was perfect for a party and the delivery was on time with the pizza warm and properly cooked. It's good pizza for take out pizza; sauce, cheese pepperoni, peppers and onions all cooked well. I would probably not order the garlic crust next time but that is personal preference of course other than that the original crust is a nice choice. Thanks for the great customer service...
Usually the customer service is good. But to nite were young people working, they answer the phone and I can hear them talking and laughing after 3 minutes they aware that I was in the phone. When I started the order they put me in hold for 5 minutes andhung up. I called once again I tried to order and the worker keep messing with my order, after I repeat my order 3 times. I askfor a supervisor and put me on hold and disconnected the call. This was Mapple valley and Mc Kee, after this I had to order mypizza at the fish hatchery place.
I had never used the online app before and accidentally placed two orders. The driver noticed and offered to cancel one, which I assumed meant I would get a refund. I probably should have just kept the pizza. When I saw the charge still on my bank account, I called and was told the refund would take five business days. After a week and a half with no refund of $30, I called again and left a message for the manager, who was not on duty and never returned my call. The pizza is good, but the overall experience was terrible.
I literally just called this location to make a pick up order and was hung up on three times repeatedly back-to-back by a a male employee, called back the second and third time, they would pick up then hung up. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my whole life. Whatever employees are scheduled on the clock for the Pizza hut on Maple valley tonight should be have consiquconse for being most disrespectful employees ever.

Ordered on the Pizza Hut app and I got a text message like 10-15 mins later that they were on their way. Cool. Then I remembered I had to get the tip ready so I ran out my car to go grab money and the pizza hut driver was PULLING IN THE PARKING LOT ? I was like, how???? Lol anyways I got my pizza, tipped my driver and am fully satisfyed lol. Love me some Pizza Hut ? P.S. Their drivers are cute
My previous experiences at Pizza Hut have been great, but not tonight. I ordered a large thin crust with sausage, mushrooms, and black olives, but instead received a large hand-tossed with sausage, pepperoni, and onions. I did get the receipt for the pizza I ordered, so it seems the receipts were mixed up. Returning for a replacement was inconvenient, especially with the icy roads.
The service last night was wretched. Staff yelling at each other and at guests. My food had to be remade because they didn?t know what happened to it. When asked what time my pizza would be completed. Staff response: we don?t have a manager. What a joke..don?t waste your time coming to this mess. Go to a different location or pick a different restaurant. ????
We absolutely love our local Pizza Hut! Over the years, they’ve offered a fantastic variety of new items to try, and having a drive-thru at this location is incredibly convenient. The food is excellent, and the service is top-notch! Just look at the Valentine’s pizzas we ordered—they were absolutely perfect!
