I placed an online order and selected curbside pickup because of the weather and having my small infant with me. After receiving a notification that my order was ready, I drove to the restaurant and marked my arrival in the app. I waited in my car for about 10-15 minutes, but no one came out. I wouldn't recommend this place. I placed my order at 6:55 PM and was told it would arrive by 7:35 PM. When I called at 7:30 PM, they assured me my order was on the way and would be here in 10 minutes. By 8:00 PM, I called again, only to find out that my driver was out with my food but had to stop to get gas? I called once more at 8:30 PM and was treated rudely, as if waiting over two hours for cold food was acceptable. Ultimately, the food arrived at 8:50 PM and was ice cold. If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Save yourself the trouble and pick up pizza from somewhere else. This place is terrible.
I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. We ordered a pizza for delivery, which took an hour to arrive, only to find it was the wrong order. We sent the incorrect pizza back with the driver, who assured us he would bring the correct one. However, when we called the restaurant to confirm the mistake, they promised we would receive the right pizza soon, but it never came. We tried calling them over seven times, but either no one answered or they put us on hold without coming back to us. We will definitely be contacting corporate, as we never received the order we paid for.
I placed an order at 12 PM and have been waiting for my pizza ever since. Now it's 2:23 AM, and since the store is closed, where did my pizza go? This place is unbelievably terrible and should either shut down or hire completely new staff who actually want to serve hungry customers. If they had informed me that they stopped delivering for the night, I would have understood, but taking someone's order and then not delivering it is absolutely unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.

"Just a heads-up for everyone: I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone while I was trying to place an order. It took another 17 minutes to finalize my order, and then I had to wait about an hour for the delivery to arrive during lunch. The restaurant seemed quite under-staffed, and it felt like they weren't adequately prepared for the volume of orders they were receiving."
The delivery was super quick! The customer service was outstanding! The pizza arrived hot, tasty, and perfectly cooked—just like it came right from the oven! The mozzarella was beautifully stretchy, just like authentic mozzarella, not processed cheese! Overall, it was an absolutely delicious pizza and a wonderful experience!
It took me just five minutes at the restaurant to form my opinion. Even before I got out of my car, I noticed three employees outside, all on their phones.
This is precisely why Pizza Hut has declined from being the largest chain in the country to barely managing to survive, despite serving fairly good pizza.

I was told to expect a wait of 42 to 52 minutes, but I ended up waiting three hours. When I tried to call them, they didn't even answer the phone.
The pizza is consistently fast and delicious. All the staff are very friendly, even during busy times.
