Pizza Hut - Reserva de mesa

We are very disappointed with the service we received tonight from Pizza Hut, Georgetown. We placed our order online. When my husband arrived to pick our order up, he was told that our order had been given to someone else. He was then told that they called the person they had given our order to and that they were on their way back to the restaurant with our order. My husband refused to take the food that was being brought back and had to ask them to make our order from scratch again. He waited for our order to be done. He was never offered any compensation or even apologized to. Very disappointing! We will think twice about giving them business again!

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I made a large order to feed my staff on this Black Friday, and not only was it over an hour late but each of the FOUR pizzas were burnt. Never again. The “manager” claimed they were too busy to reach out to me to let me know they would be late, yet they were the ones who dropped off the flier at my mall promising delivery within -15 minutes of timing.

Ordered pizza for pick up. We arrived when the pizza was ready, when we got home with the pizza it wasn't hot. The last time I ordered from here for delivery, it took over half an hour to arrive after it left the store, and was cold when I received it. I gave them a second chance tonight, after this last experience I will not be ordering from them again.

Most pathetic experience, service was literally bad .Staff is completely busy in their own things no idea customer are in line waiting to place an order .Not expected from a brand like this .Complete wastage of money and time Reserva una mesa ahora

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had. You pay a premium when ordering from Pizza Hut vs a small chain and expect higher quality but this has permanently put me off Pizza Hut!!

The pizzas are excellent. The service is quick and efficient, and the customer service staff are a pleasure to interact with. We regularly enjoy their pizzas.

Awesome place we really missed Pizza Hut in Georgetown now that it's back we can enjoy the delicious pizza in town great staff and great food quality better

Food is good, very expensive. Rules on line for purchases should be the same for walk In's. Reserva una mesa ahora
