Pizza Hut - Reservar una mesa

It was an incompetence festival tonight. The pizzas arrived in delivery, with 32 minutes delay on the scheduled schedule. Besides, it was not a good order. One pizza for another. When I call to complain, the employee makes sure that he sends it back to me as soon as possible. 40 minutes later, still nothing. I call them back and I'm told that she's ready, but we don't have my address... no compensation. No apology gift (make a bottle of coca). Very unprofessional.

I strongly advise you to go through Deliveroo to order at home. They accept payments and orders, appear “open” on the delivery platform and constantly shift the delivery time as they close between time and do not prevent! Open on deliveroo and closed on Google it is not to understand!! Unable and inaccurate schedules you would lose hunger, your time and your money!

It is unacceptable, with restaurant normally open from 11:00 to 23:00 and closed in the middle of the afternoon more precisely at 16:30, no poster that says that the restaurant closes, open on the internet, the restaurant owner has certainly gone to do his business since in the afternoon there are much less customers.
