It's serious. we ordered pizzas via the deliveroo app, it was never delivered. we contacted the customer service that didn't want to hear anything and we said that the procedure was respected then 0 refund. We also contacted the pizza hut they knew they were professional. don't give your money to the deliverable thief and pass directly by the hut pizza deliverypers. You are a respectable merchant and you wish to have your business prosperity.

1h after our order by web, the pizzas arrived warm and in very good condition (see photo). This is the third time we order and every time the deadline is announced is not respected.
