"Pizza was good and waitress was nice. The place was clean but really needs to be remodeled. I was seated at a booth and the seats fabric has holes in it and we're turning black. The seats foam was gone so I was left siting on what felt like a 2x4, needless to say I asked for a box and left. The walls have cracks in them and the windows full of dust. I will never go back until it's remodeled."

We got a large stuffed crust and the pizza tasted really good. Only complaints were that the crust was rather flat causing the pizza to droop when picking it up. There was also a couple flys bothering us during our stay. A slice of our pizza ended up on the ground before we got it due to a collision in the kitchen. They ended up giving us an entire extra pizza when we just expected the slice to be replaced, can't be too upset about that. It was an alright experience at this location, I still prefer the one on sheridan better.
Stood in a crowded (6 person) line in the store for over 15 min, no markers for social distancing or direction from the staff. The pin pad and lobby were also absolutely disgusting, looks like no attempt to keep the public facing part of the store clean. And to top it all off when we got home our pizza was mostly crust, with the corner pieces being entirely crust, and the sauce tasted almost watered down compared to other Pizza Huts... To be fair the Pizza Rolls were great
The pizza is cooked perfect they at least don't cheap out with the cheese. My only issue with them has happened more then once. They always forget the crust toppings. Worst of it was when I was given my pizza only to find the pizza cheese was stuck to the top of the box because someone squished the box with other orders I suppose. I did get a new pizza but it was a inconvenience to me because I had to wait more for something I waited 15 mins for
I wanted to try their new garlic knots pizza ordered it and a person brought it out to my truck cause I had shoulder surgery which I thought was the best thing of this visit. The garlic knots had next to nothing of seasonings and the crust was so super super thin. Hadn't been to Pizza hut in quite some time and don't remember it being this bad. Sorry Pizza hut use to love you but not anymore.
