Awful place. I couldn't order one time because the system was down, another their ovens weren't working, again, their systems were down (paid in cash). Last time, I was charged $15 more. Ordered through deals on the app. Called to ask why and was told some garbage about online being different from their restaurant. Said pizzas were $17.99 and $2.25 for extra cheese and that's why the total was $40.50, what happened to the taxes? Given pathetic excuses time and time again. And both pizzas didn't have extra cheese. Don't bother getting pizzas from this poorly ran, pathetic location.
This is the worst place I've ordered from. The customer service is horrible. I ordered on the online app and 45 mins later, after the app said the food was ready there was no food. The guy just said to park and waiting in my car because it wasn't ready and they didn't know how long it would take. This location is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
this place is always bad when I order here. the delivery takes 40 minutes longer than said, pizza and sides are always cold, even during the execution. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to and from university pizza hat just to get better cake than this place. extremely dissapointing.

Ordered from this establishment it was supposed to be delivered be 6:30pm didnt arrive till 7:10 all cold called the store and spoke to the manager and he refused to give refund or take pizza back..its not the first time stupid me for continuing to order from here.
Pizza was barely cooked, they didn't even give me the dips I paid for, and they gave me chicken Alfredo when I ordered the cheesy Alfredo without chicken. Very displeased. The only thing they got right was the breadsticks.
Considering what time of day I came in they didn't have change. Had to go across the street to break my bill and then pay for my pizza and wings
the driver was extremely polite and safe. Online ordering was fast and easy!
