We visited Pizza Hut for dinner and ended up waiting about 15 minutes to be seated. Although we could hear someone busy in the back, no one came out to assist us. Eventually, we decided to take a seat ourselves. When a waitress finally came out, she seemed irritated that we had sat down without being called. She explained that they were short-staffed and preferred to seat guests. I mentioned that we had been waiting for quite a while and chose to sit down. However, she insisted we had only been waiting for 3 minutes. I tried to express that we were just trying to be accommodating, but she continued to have an attitude. I ordered delivery and was told it would take 30 minutes. Given that it was snowing, I waited an hour before calling to check on the delivery. I found out that their delivery driver wasn't working that day, and they had been waiting for a DoorDash driver to pick it up, which would take another 18 minutes. They should have mentioned from the start that their delivery person wasn't available and offered me the option of using DoorDash, along with a more accurate time estimate. Had I known that, I would have opted for pickup instead. There was no need for the miscommunication and it ended up wasting my time.
The toppings were extremely sparse. I ordered double olives as one of the five toppings on the pizza, but it was actually less than a single portion. The other toppings were also very thinly spread and hardly noticeable. However, the double cheese I requested was delivered as expected, which somewhat compensated for the lack of toppings. If you order here, be sure to specifically ask for generous toppings based on the reviews you've read.
I ordered pepperoni and extra cheese and it tastes delicious! I just moved to Livingston and the town I moved from didn't have a pizza hut , I was so excited to find out there was one here. The crust is crispy and makes the pizza so good , and don't even get me started on there cheese , so good, ?.

This is hands down the best Pizza Hut in the country! The service is outstanding, and the food is consistently clean and fresh. They never miss anything in our order, and if they're out of an item, they always call to inform me. I would give them a perfect 10 out of 10!
Pizza Hut was excellent. The waitress was extremely friendly and treated us with great care. The food arrived hot and fresh. The meal was reasonably priced compared to other more expensive options in Livingston.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and fantastic food! John and Morrigan are undoubtedly the best representatives I've ever encountered. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you all!
It's a Pizza Hut. The dining experience is a little bit depressing but the pizza is pretty consistent and I can't remember them ever messing up an order. Only complaint is there's sporadic delivery times

I had an amazing experience! This was one of the first Pizza Huts where they truly loaded up the pepperoni on my personal pan pizza.
