One of the few remaining dine-in Pizza Hut locations. We always visit this place when we're in Evanston. I don't get the negative reviews—I almost skipped coming this time because of them, but since we've consistently had great service, we decided to return. As expected, it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and attentive despite the busy atmosphere. The pizza crust was buttery and crispy. They made my daughter, who is bald, feel very welcome. She often gets stared at, but they helped brighten her day with a smile. They even suggested ways to order for better value. Thanks for making our trip to Evanston fantastic!
The pizza from Pizza Hut was tasty, but the delivery service left much to be desired. When the driver called to complain about not getting a tip, he mentioned that his pay was low and came across as rude and disrespectful to my husband, insisting on a tip. He even went so far as to say that not tipping creates enemies. Maybe Pizza Hut should reconsider their delivery fees, which are over $5. The menu itself offers great options, but the delivery experience needs improvement.
It's been a week since I reached out, and I still haven't received any response from the general manager or corporate about my complaint. Although they removed the "discontinued" item from the menu, no one has addressed the poor service I encountered. I'm disappointed as a loyal customer, especially seeing that other one-star reviews receive replies, while mine has been ignored despite my years of loyalty.

I decided to give it another try tonight, but I regret that decision. I spent $30 on a Detroit-style pizza and a side of breadsticks, but the pizza didn’t resemble the classic Detroit style at all, and both boxes were smaller than a loaf of bread.

I want to take a moment to commend Pizza Hut for their outstanding service during the recent snowstorm in Evanston. They delivered to the truck stop where I'm staying, and they truly cater to the needs of drivers. They provided us with plates, napkins, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes. The pizzas were hot and delicious!
I would not advise ordering through their app; it’s quite outdated, doesn’t function properly, and takes much longer than it should. They even delivered my order to the wrong address. However, the pizza is fantastic!
I encountered an issue with my online order and had to call to resolve it. The gentleman on the phone was nice and assisted me in placing my order. By the way, the delivery guy was rather charming.
There was almost just one pepperoni on each slice— I even came across a slice that had only half a piece due to the way it was cut. I'm really disappointed!
